Koloa Landing is Poipu’s first ocean side resort community in the last 20 years. Spread across 25 acres, it has hotel-like amenities and services, with 129 large two-, three- and four-bedroom resort condominiums. It will feature unique water elements like cascading streams, four lagoon-type pools with rock islands, waterfalls, a swim through grotto/cave and waterslide. Custom finishes such as natural wood doors, moldings and baseboards throughout, and natural stone and wood flooring that flow out to the lanai will be crafted within the condo hotels. The condos will have air conditioning and high-speed internet access.
