I found your service on Google and signed up. I found the perfect home and added it to my profile. I received the first release alert, scheduled a visit to the sales office and reserved a two bedroom condo. I can't believe I got the perfect home in the first release :-). Similar two-bedroom condos just blocks away are selling at much higher prices. My new condo is not scheduled for completion until early 2007. Purchasing during pre-construction sales is an excellent financial strategy. My home has already appreciated, and I haven't even moved in.
