Clayton Homes, Inc. is a vertically integrated manufactured housing company with 41 manufacturing plants, distributing through 442 company-owned retail outlets, and more than 1200 independent retailers in the country, and provides financing for 330,000 customers and insurance protection for 160,000 families. Clayton also owns and operates 68 manufactured housing communities and 13 subdivisions. Our finance company, Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc., is a leader in manufactured home lending, servicing 330,000 customers with more than $11.0 billion in loans.
