First Release Homes has developed a nationwide lead generation application. This system is a state-of-the-art lead generation and sales management tool for our field agents and brokers. It has an easy to use builder/developer listing option, email integration and sales lead automation. This lead generation program allows you to easily expand your business, increase productivity, and, most importantly, increase your sales. We are recruiting real estate agents nationwide to join our dynamic team of Pre-Construction New Home Specialists.
As part of the team, you will learn how to become a successful pre-construction real estate professional and have access to various sales and lead capture systems to sell multiple homes in a single day. The company will educate you on specific skills and strategies that will enable you to compete at a higher level.
Qualifications:
- Must have an active real estate license
- Self Starter, Self motivated Professional.
- Proficient website and computer knowledge
- Hard worker and determined to succeed
- Minimum 1 year experience successfully selling real estate
- Pre-construction knowledge and sales experience a plus
- Full or part time positions available
- Ability to work from home
- Have a computer, fax and cell phone
- Well connected in the builder community a plus.
